So_Mani_FARM is a visionary agricultural project rooted in the fusion of modern farming techniques and traditional wisdom. 

Located near Hoima Oil City, our 15-acre farm is home to over 4,500 Robusta coffee plants, 3,000 plantain bananas, and 1,200 cocoa trees—all cultivated with care and purpose.

Our mission is to produce high-yield, high-quality crops while ensuring traceability, fair wages, and a positive social impact. We believe in sustainable practices, self-sufficiency, and empowering local communities through ethical farming.

From fencing and irrigation to solar-powered systems and digital monitoring, our farm is evolving through carefully planned stages. With intercrop strategies and a dedicated team, we're building a resilient and innovative agricultural ecosystem.

2026 update

Smart Farming, Naturally 

We grow coffee, green bananas, and cocoa trees together because they support each other. Bananas grow fast and give shade, coffee takes 3 years to yield, and cocoa takes 5. This mix protects the soil, reduces pests, and brings steady harvests from year one.

I'm Mahboob Somani, a dedicated Quality Engineer with a passion for precision, innovation, and sustainable impact. With a strong foundation in quality systems and continuous improvement, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and processes meet the highest standards.

Beyond engineering, I'm the founder of So_Mani_FARM, a 15-acre agricultural initiative that blends modern farming techniques with traditional knowledge to produce coffee, cocoa, and bananas sustainably. This project reflects my commitment to social responsibility, fair wages, and traceable, high-quality production.
